All products manufactured and installed by Creoarti are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date specified on the purchase or project completion documentation.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults resulting from improper workmanship under normal operating conditions.

The warranty remains valid provided that the product is used according to its intended purpose and has not been modified by unauthorized persons. Regular maintenance and cleaning should be carried out in accordance with our recommendations. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or external factors beyond our control.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage caused by improper use, or damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs. It also excludes defects caused by natural disasters, flooding, fire, force majeure events, or surface deterioration resulting from improper maintenance.

Any warranty claim should be reported as soon as a defect is discovered. To enable us to process the claim efficiently, customers are asked to provide proof of purchase, photographs showing the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
